NASCAR Xfinity Series driver Josh Williams left Saturday's race in one of the most unusual ways you'll ever see.
After Williams brought out a caution in the race for debris, NASCAR officials told the driver to park his car. He would go on to comply with the directive from race officials, but he parked his car on the front stretch of the track - directly on the start/finish line to be exact.
NASCAR fans reacted to the incident, and many of them were stunned at Williams' actions.
"I've never seen something like this," one fan said.
"Not supposed to love it, but kinda love it," said another fan.
One fan in attendance at Saturday's Xfinity race says Williams drew cheers from the crowd after parking at the start/finish line.
"Josh Williams is a savage," another fan said. "This is the craziest thing I've seen in a long time."
Williams himself even took to Twitter to give everyone an update on how he was doing in the race.
NASCAR has held Williams in its hauler and is not allowing him out until after the conclusion of the race.
We'll have to wait until then to see if there's any punishment handed down for his actions today.
